on a windy May afternoon in 2017, as rain poured down on Boston, Massachusetts, a crowd of more than thirty thousand people gathered in the open yard of the oldest University in the USA. The grassy lawns of the famous Tercentenary Theatre were crowded with achievers wearing plastic ponchos or holding umbrellas. The weather, however, could not dampen the enthusiasm of the crowd, as this was the occasion of a lifetime-the graduation ceremony, more commonly known as Commencement Day, at Harvard University.
