This book is the result of an exploratory and explanatory study followed by both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Three hundred students and one hundred parents were interviewed for this study. Moreover, the psychologists and the counselors have also been interviewed as part of the expert opinion. The study finds the major challenges from the teenagers perspectives are: identity crisis, conflict with parents, pressure of study, adaptation to biological changes, complying with socio-cultural norms and values, etc. The challenges from the parents perspective are: the addictive nature of their teenage kids' behavior towards devices and social media, indiscipline in their every day lives; and to handle these problems of the children. It is also found that a communication gap between the parents and their teenage children is a major barrier to handling the challenges of the teenagers. Migrate the bridge gap has found inevitable for this purpose. The authoritative parenting style of ‘rule and role’ has been found to be the best way to handle teenagers.
